3. Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

• Whop: Our payment processor. Their privacy policy governs data collected during purchase
• Resend: Our email delivery provider, used solely to send your license key
• Supabase: Our database provider, used to store license key and activation data
• Legal requirements: If required by law, court order, or governmental authority

4. Data Security

We implement commercially reasonable security measures to protect your personal information, including encrypted database storage and secure API communications. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

5. Data Retention

We retain your license key and associated email address for the duration of your license and for a reasonable period thereafter for support and legal purposes. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us at support@mintingmoneyaio.com.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

1. No Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our software and the immediate delivery of license keys upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable unless otherwise specified below. Once a license key has been delivered to your email address, the purchase is considered complete.

2. Exceptions — When Refunds May Be Granted

We may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund in the following limited circumstances:

• Non-delivery: Your license key was not delivered to your email within 24 hours of purchase and our support team is unable to resolve the issue
• Technical failure: The Software fails to activate or function on a supported operating system (Windows 10 or Windows 11) and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 48 hours
• Duplicate charge: You were charged more than once for the same purchase due to a payment processing error

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

• You changed your mind after purchase
• You were unable to achieve successful checkouts — success depends on many factors outside our control including product availability, internet connection, and anti-bot measures
• The US Mint website changed in a way that affected Software functionality
• Your license was deactivated due to a violation of our Terms of Service
• You shared your license key with another person
• Compatibility issues with unsupported operating systems
• More than 7 days have passed since your purchase

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund under one of the eligible exceptions, please contact us at support@mintingmoneyaio.com within 7 days of your purchase with:

• Your order confirmation or transaction ID from Whop
• The email address used for purchase
• A description of the issue

We will review your request and respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds will be processed through Whop back to your original payment method.

5. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us, we reserve the right to permanently deactivate your license key and ban your account from future purchases. We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any issues.

1. Definitions

• "Software" means the Minting Money application, including all components, updates, and documentation
• "License Key" means the unique activation code provided to you upon purchase
• "HWID" means the hardware identification code of your computer device
• "You" / "User" means the individual who has purchased and is licensed to use the Software
• "Company" means Minting Money LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company

2. License Grant

Company grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use one (1) copy of the Software on a single computer device identified by your HWID, subject to the terms of this EULA.

3. License Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the Software
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code from the Software
• Sell, rent, lease, lend, sublicense, or transfer your License Key or any rights under this EULA
• Use the Software on more than one device simultaneously
• Use the Software to provide services to third parties
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
• Create derivative works based on the Software
• Use the Software for any unlawful purpose

4. Intellectual Property

The Software and all copies thereof are proprietary to Company and title thereto remains in Company. All applicable rights in all patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights in the Software are and will remain the property of Company. You acknowledge that no title to the intellectual property in the Software is transferred to you.

5. License Key and Activation

Your License Key activates the Software on a single device identified by its HWID. The Software may periodically connect to Company's servers to validate your License Key. You must maintain an internet connection for license validation. Company reserves the right to revoke your License Key if you violate this EULA.

Hardware resets or significant hardware changes may require you to contact support for reactivation. Company will make reasonable efforts to accommodate legitimate hardware changes, but reserves the right to limit reactivations.

6. Updates

Company may provide updates to the Software at its discretion. Updates may be automatic and may change Software functionality. This EULA applies to all updates unless a separate license agreement accompanies the update.

7. Data Collection

The Software collects your device's HWID solely for license validation purposes. No personal checkout data, payment information, or browsing activity is collected by the Software. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for complete details.

8. Term and Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically without notice from Company if you fail to comply with any provision of this EULA. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Software immediately ceases
• You must destroy all copies of the Software in your possession
• Your License Key will be deactivated
• No refund will be issued for early termination due to EULA violation

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Company makes no warranty or representation regarding the availability, accuracy, or reliability of any third-party website or service, including the US Mint website. The Software's effectiveness may be impacted by changes to third-party websites, anti-bot measures, and other factors outside Company's control.

10. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.

COMPANY'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SOFTWARE LICENSE.

11. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any dispute arising under this EULA shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pennsylvania.

12. Entire Agreement

This EULA, together with the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Company regarding the Software and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.
